Game Jam

The Amsterdam studio had split its focus between multiple projects, where some had little experience with the Enfusion Engine.


The goal of this jam was to bring the team together, develop a new game in Enfusion, and share knowledge among the team.

Standalone enfusion game

Hexcavate was the first new project made in Enfusion separately from Arma Reforger, where the main technical challenge was to decouple Reforger library dependencies and improving support for standalone Enfusion games in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Took up the role as Tech Lead overseeing and delegating scripting tasks for 5 developers
  • Mentoring and guiding team members unfamiliar with the technology
  • Collaborating with the Enfusion Engine team to decouple Reforger libraries, to improve standalone game support
